TERMS
terms and conditions.
These are the current early-access terms for using Mowa. Short, plain, and meant to explain how the product works right now.
Using mowa
Mowa is a prompt management product for teams. You can use it to scan repositories, track prompts, review edits, manage access tokens, and connect tools that read prompt context.
Accounts and workspace access
You are responsible for the account and workspace access you grant. Keep your login methods, tokens, and connected integrations secure. If a teammate should no longer have access, remove them and revoke any tokens tied to that person or tool.
Your prompts and data
You keep ownership of the prompts, repo metadata, and content you bring into Mowa. You give Mowa permission to store, process, and display that material only as needed to run the product and improve core reliability and security.
Beta product reality
Mowa is still early. Features may change, parts of the product may be added or removed, and some functionality may not be available at all times. Avoid treating the service as your only copy of important prompt content.
Billing and limits
Paid plans, if enabled, renew according to the pricing shown in the product. Free workspaces may have limits on tracked prompts or certain features. If payment fails or a subscription ends, features may be reduced until billing is current again.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mowa to break the law, abuse third-party systems, interfere with the service, or upload material you do not have the right to use. Do not attempt to bypass workspace permissions, rate limits, or authentication.
Service changes and termination
Mowa may suspend or terminate access to protect the product, other users, or itself. You can stop using the product at any time. Mowa may update these terms as the product matures.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mowa is provided as-is. The product is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
