Jaeger-LeCoultre
The story of LeCoultre started in 1833 with Charles Antoine LeCoultre. In 1844 he invented the “millionometre” and then in 1851, he obtained a gold medal for his work and products at the Universal Exhibition. In 1925 Edmond Jaeger joins forces with LeCoultre and this results in the Duoplan, and the smallest mechanical movement to this date, calibre 101, the Reverso (1931), the Memovox (1951) and the Futurematic (1953) among others. In July 2000, the company became part of the Richemont group.
